In a nutshell, Brunden, Brett (from the Brain Buster Boys) and I sit down and talk aboat our struggles with mental health and what we do to combat it on a daily basis. To say this was therapeutic may be the world&#8217;s largest understatement. I encourage everyone to listen with an open mind and if it helps even one person.
