Heavy Metal comes in all shapes, sounds, forms and sub (sub) genres. But one constant is the electric guitar. The guitar epitomizes Heavy Metal. So if you’re not a well seasoned player, then the guitar could be taken for granted. Or at least to the point where, as fans, we don’t necessarily have a firm grasp on the instrument. 50% of us here at RAM are a said seasoned player. And the other half is more of an appreciator. So combining our efforts, we’re taking a look at the driving force behind our beloved genre. Namely, our takes on the major offerings from the major brands. Hopefully this episode will give you an appreciation for “The Axe”. In our “News, Views and Tunes”, we give our thoughts on the shooting at the L.A. deathcore show. Musically, we crank new and used from Ripping Corpse, Dead Head, Sore Throat, Suppression, Wraith, Modern Terror and Crawling Through Tartarus. Horns Up and Stay Healthy!
