Phil reviews this weekends WWE “Clash At TheCastle” as he’s still learning Japanese words and phrases on his phone. This weeks Throwback is the 30th anniversary of arguably the greatest match ever. From June 3rd 1994 AJPW Mitsuharu Misawa vs Toshiaki Kawada from the infamous Budokan Hall in Tokyo Japan.

This week, Phil announces the date for the 500th episode anniversary show. Also, Phil decides to take up learning Japanese while reviewing AEW’s “Double Or Nothing” PPV and previewing this weekends NJPW “Dominion 2024” show. This weeks “Throwback” is from May of 1991 from the exact location of this years “Dominion” show it’s NJPW ‘s Crush The Super Heavy II – The Legend of Dragon Tatsumi Fujinami 20th Anniversary.

On this episode Phil has an announcement regarding the 500th episode of TBTB’s. WWE sadly gives the midwest a “consolation” event in 2026 and a quick review of this weekend’s AEW “Double Or Nothing” PPV. The Throwback this week was voted Pro Wrestling Illustrated’s 1984 “Match Of The Year” It’s the re-match for NWA heavyweight Championship as Kerry Von Erich defends against “Nature” Boy” Ric Flair in Japan!
