As the year winds down, the guys discuss whether 2023 went by too fast or too slowly.

They then welcome Kyle from the Apron Bump Podcast for a new segment called “The Hardest Part of the Ring,” which no one likes and other names are suggested. The discussion is centered around AJ Styles and Liv Morgan but keeps coming back to new segment titles. At some point comparisons between Madonna and Roseanne were made.

Talk goes to Ring of Honor’s Final Battle where the guys discuss the positives and negatives of the show. Tony Kahn wore a suit and Black Taurus looked silly waiting forever for Vikingo to balance on the ropes and do moves. The show overall had some good points and bad points, and the PPV Picks standings are discussed.

After the break Tony shows off his attic finds of Bendems and LJNs, where HK and KJG offer thoughts on their value. To round out the show, the guys talk major storylines in WWE, comments from social media about CM Punk which made KJG annoyed, the conglomeration of wrestling companies in Japan, and much more.
